WHO WE ARE

Among the societies that have existed since the inception of Nalanda College, the Art Society has a proud history.

 At the beginning of the society, a board of officers selected for the society was appointed and they were given badges this is a procedure that has been carried out continuously every year.

 Also, the Nalanda College Art Society organizes the "Nalanda Sithroo" annually in the Nalanda College premises to develop the camaraderie and brotherhood between the students of Nalanda College as well as the other schools to improve their abilities and talents and show them to the world. The Nalanda College Art Association is always working to make the pride of the school by taking care of the decorations and beautifying for all the events and special occasions.

 Also, the Nalanda College Art Society publishes a monthly magazine on art and other literary elements that provides information to Sri Lankan school students and university students, covering Sri Lankan traditional art, modern art, and school subjects with illustrations.
